FAQ about Order Forms

How do I know the item I am buying falls under which order form?

-Simple, just look at the labels.

Labels are in red font

Clothes, Bottoms, Hoodies - These falls under Clothes Order Form.

Spree - Please use Spree Order Order Form and include the URL of the items IF it is from a Full Spree. Sprees can be found here.

album - This fall under Albums Order Form. Albums includes Concert DVDs, OST, EPs and any other albums.

All other items such as Gadgets, Contact Lens, Eyewear are under Normal Order Form

What if I want to order more items of different category?

-Just copy and paste the body of the Order form into your email. (Body means everything except for Name, Handphone and mode of payment etc.)

Spree Order Form

Shipping fee will be divided equally among participants unless otherwise stated.

Please seperate all orders in individual order forms unless you are ordering at least 2 of the exact same album.
